Mario’s is a restaurant dedicated to taking the freshest of quality ingredients and combining them with culinary techniques to create flavorful dishes. We recently expanded our dining room, menu, and adding a FAMILY-STYLE menu to our concept. 3 different pre-set packages to choose from that includes beer & wine; and a 4th package on Sunday’s. From the beautiful ambiance to our professional staff, we provide more than merely a meal, but rather an experience!

Mario’s Restaurant was born on Jan. 14, 2015 as an upscale Italian eatery with linen-cloth service and a decidedly seasonal menu.

With lunch and dinner successfully down pat by October, Gentile opened “Mario’s To Go,” a grab-and-go concept right next door. This section sees pizza, sandwiches made with artisan breads, wraps, healthy options and a build-a-meal concept for the home cook where ingredients are already prepped. Upstairs, Gentile established a catering hall.

Continually evolving, Gentile added Sunday brunch to his repertoire along with daily meal deals starting in October, 2016. If you love this type of restaurants if you are traveling check the restaurants on Koh Chang which are also on top of the list for great and tasty food.

His career in the restaurant industry started in Brooklyn at 12 years old in his father’s place: Caffe Mille Luci on 18th Avenue. Gentile trained in Italy under Michelin-rated chefs, then came back to New York under chef Terrance Brennan and the Cipriani group.

OUR MENU HAS BEEN CAREFULLY CRAFTED BY OWNER & EXECUTIVE CHEF MARIO GENTILE AND CHEF DE CUISINE LUIS JIMINEZ, AND FEATURES CUISINE USING THE FRESHEST SEASONAL INGREDIENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LATEST TECHNIQUES IN THE CULINARY ARTS. CHECK BACK OFTEN AS OUR MENU ITEMS CHANGE.
