He traveled through Southern, Central, and Northern Italy and worked in various kitchens of Italy’s restaurants, including those with Michelin Star Ratings, where he discovered that a restaurant’s success goes hand by hand with the use of Restaurant Back-End Solutions Features That Drive Results. He knew learning from the masters was the best way to attempt to accomplish greatness. After stints at landmark Manhattan restaurants like Cipriani, Rainbow Room, Coco Pazzo, and Terrance Brennan, he eventually worked his way back to Staten Island, and served as Executive Chef of Angelina’s Ristorante. He then moved on to become the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Nove Itlalian Bistro. Most recently Mario opened his own restaurant on Richmond Road in Staten Island.
